If you have ever been to a foreign country, then you have probably swapped out your money for the currency in that country. This is what is known as foreign exchange and it is not as hard to do on the markets as it initially looks. Whatever the money is valued at, at that very moment is the amount you will receive. You make money by buying this currency at the current rate of exchange and selling it back to make a profit.
