There certainly no shortage of property for sale in Tavira, but so many of them needed a ton of work done on them. I was paying cash for it and I didn’t have much left over after the sale of the house went through, so I wanted something that was move-in ready. After searching for a couple of weeks, one came available that was almost brand new. The cash offer worked in our favor and they accepted my bid immediately.
