There are many reasons people use the bill pay on line. Instead of having to pay for stamps for mailing at the post office or running from each company to the other to pay in person and using up expensive gas for their cars, they just log on to the company’s Website and pay on line. This gives the customer a record of payment, it feels much easier and more advantageous to sit in the privacy of their home and make their payments.
