Younger generation of wholesale cufflinks

I have just started a new business venture and I think that I have made the right decision in getting younger employees this time to make sure that they will be able to relate to the younger customers who buy most of their wholesale cufflinks from my shop. The last time that I hired some mid-aged employees, most of my younger customers went to another seller for their wholesale cufflinks because they thought that my employees would not understand what they wanted. Now that most of the mid-aged employees that used to man the store are now working in the main office, I hired more young men to man the store and my younger customers came back.
